Richard Kirkham, Laing O’Rourke
Richard Kirkham is a highly regarded project director with Laing O’Rourke, and project director for LM. He has amassed over 30 years of construction experience delivering major infrastructure and engineering projects around the world. His track record includes many iconic projects such as the Dublin Port Tunnels, London Heathrow Terminal 2A, and a wide variety of major international road, rail and mining infrastructure programmes.
Rob Gray, Murphy
Rob Gray is a project director for J Murphy & Sons Ltd, and deputy project director for LM. He has almost 30 years of engineering and commercial experience, and most recently has been leading several major rail renewal and upgrade infrastructure projects in the UK. He has extensive management experience in health and safety, environmental and quality management, and is a key member of corporate culture, competency and mentoring programmes.
Sean Blackmore, Murphy
Sean Blackmore is an Operations Director for J Murphy & Sons Ltd and a LM JV board director. In a diverse construction and engineering career spanning 28 years, he has lead multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure businesses, covering the utilities, road, rail, heavy civils and commercial building sectors. Sean is also a regional director of the Civil Engineering Contractors Association. the representative body for companies who work day-to-day to deliver, upgrade, and maintain the country's infrastructure.
